Summary
We are seeking a Finance Business Partner Eurofighter Radar (f/m/d) for the F&C EF Radar Mk0 Programs department at our Ulm site, available immediately.
The F&C EF Radar Mk0 Programs department handles the commercial processing of offers and projects, as well as related financial matters.
Your Tasks
- Manage the commercial aspects of projects within the international Euroradar consortium.
- Oversee commercial project management, including opportunity and risk management, CtC / CAX analyses, target/actual comparisons, and measures to secure project results and cash flow.
- Identify deviations early and participate in developing corrective actions to ensure project success.
- Prepare offer calculations, including target costing, target pricing, R&Os, and the commercial parts of proposals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as HGB and IFRS, and meet audit requirements.
- Manage interfaces with internal stakeholders (project management, PMO, bid and C&W management, production, purchasing) and external partners (e.g., consortium partners) for project results and bids.
- Support operational reporting activities.
Support with C&W Management
Assist in developing and managing operational and strategic planning processes and targets (orders, sales, margin, cash) with stakeholders.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.
- Several years of experience in finance and project management.
- Experience in the commercial sector; knowledge of German pricing law is advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical, flexible, and proactive working style.
- Strong teamwork and organizational skills.
- Business fluent in German and English.
