In this role, you will be responsible for both client consulting and hands-on work, with a focus on Privacy Tech, Data Engineering, and DevOps. You’ll work closely with clients to advise on best practices, while also implementing technical solutions to address their needs. This position offers the opportunity to combine strategic consulting with cutting-edge technical work in a dynamic, fast-evolving field.

As experts in Consent and Hybrid Data Management, we support our customers in implementing, configuring, and maintaining Consent Management and Web Analytics software. Most of our clients are from enterprise or larger mid-market companies, across various industries (automotive, banking, e-commerce, engineering, tech, B2B, B2C, etc.) and regions (DACH, EMEA, Americas, Middle East, APAC, etc.).

How will you make an impact?

  • You will serve as the key account manager for your assigned clients, providing consulting, training, and configuration support in privacy tech.
  • You will independently coordinate projects with clients, acting as a project manager and supporting all functional and technical questions.
  • You will handle the conception and execution of complete project processes, including realization, maintenance, and optimization.
  • You will configure and operate privacy tech software, especially Usercentrics Consent Management Platform.
  • You will set up data infrastructure using modern technologies (e.g., Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

Your profile

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organized and capable of multitasking across multiple clients and projects.
  • Familiarity with DevOps technologies (Git, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
  • Interest in privacy tech, preferably with experience in consent management solutions.
  • Fluent in German and English (C1 level), with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, Privacy Tech, or Data Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years as a service provider or consultant.
