We’re looking for a Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team and make a real impact! You will contribute to cutting-edge projects that shape the future of our company and industry. Key Responsibilities
- UI Design Production: Create high-quality UI assets for product features, collaborating closely with product managers, business analysts, content writers, and front-end engineers.
- UX Deliverables: Develop mockups, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to support feature development and user testing.
- Design System Development: Maintain and curate design system components for consistency across products and platforms.
- Collaboration in Design Operations: Support and optimize workflows, processes, and tools to improve team efficiency.
- Team Alignment: Work with your manager, peers, and the Design Operations team to align goals, share feedback, and ensure smooth collaboration.
Bring to the Team
- Educational Background & Experience: Degree or equivalent in a design-related field, with skills in designing for apps and web.
- Technical Expertise: Ability to expand design systems, with basic knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
- Soft Skills: Self-organization, project management skills, collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, eagerness to grow.
- Passion for User-Centric Design: Commitment to creating exceptional, user-focused products.
- Communication: Strong English skills; German is a plus.
