Job Description

  1. Develop, establish, and ensure dedicated management of our internal and external IT service providers (vendor management).
  2. Define control-relevant KPIs within your area of responsibility and communicate effectively with IT service providers.
  3. Monitor KPIs, derive preventive measures for target failures, and track performance over- and underperformance.
  4. Serve as the communication and escalation interface, support operational quality for all IT services, and conduct performance dialogues with providers.

Qualifications

  1. Completed studies in (business) informatics, economics with a focus on informatics, or comparable training with relevant experience.
  2. Experience managing service providers, especially for complex IT services in cloud environments, including escalation management.
  3. Knowledge of project and process management tools and methods.
  4. Professional experience in IT service management, provider management, or similar, with familiarity with outsourcing contracts.
  5. Experience managing projects related to KPIs and processes, from analysis to implementation.
  6. Strategic, structured working style, negotiation skills, and assertiveness.
  7. Strong IT affinity, consulting, problem-solving skills, and analytical/business understanding.
  8. Proficient in German and English, both written and spoken.
