Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance of rotating and stationary equipment and piping systems in oil, gas, and petrochemical industries.
• Strong ability to lead by example and coordinate complex maintenance with stakeholders.
• Proficient reading of isometric drawings and process flowcharts; capable to mentor juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical maintenance activities to ensure availability and technical safety.
• Plan and execute PMs/CMs and shutdown maintenance for facilities.
• Lead Shell team and contractor partners on assigned jobs and tasks.
• Mentor and develop national technicians within the team.
• Identify problems and drive improvements in maintenance performance.
