Avanta Works in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. You will read blueprints, set up manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and fuse metal parts using GTAW, GMAW, and oxyacetylene processes.

The role requires attention to quality and safety and offers a monthly salary of QAR 1,700. You will monitor weld quality against standards, inspect welds, and perform post-weld treatments as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Welder with 5+ years in the field.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Certification from vocational school or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine welding requirements.

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Welder to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for welding metal components and structures, using various welding techniques. The position offers a salary of 1700 per month. Job Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements
• Set up and operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments, using processes such as gas tungsten arc, gas metal arc, oxyacetylene, etc.
• Inspect welds and ensure that they meet quality standards
• Ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to while working with hazardous materials such as lead or asbestos insulation.
• Repair worn parts of metal products by welding on extra layers
• Perform post weld heat treatment process where required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Welder with at least 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Knowledge of different kinds of metals and alloys
