Job summary

PPOAR in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will weld and fabricate parts to specifications, read blueprints, and inspect welds for quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include fabricating metal components, maintaining tools and equipment, and following safety protocols to keep the workplace clean and efficient. A welding certificate and minimum 2 years’ experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate from a welding school or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in welding & fabrication.
• Ability to read blueprints or diagrams and perform MIG/TIG/ARC/plasma cutting welds.
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, tools and equipment used in welding.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule with overtime as required.

Welder job in Doha Qatar

We are looking for a Welder to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate must have experience in welding and fabrication techniques and be able to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this position is 900 QAR per month plus benefits.

The Welder will be responsible for:

• Cutting and joining metal components to fabricate parts and products, according to specifications
• Reading blueprints or welding diagrams to determine the specific welding requirements
• Inspecting completed welds to identify any defects
• Inspecting, maintaining and repairing tools, machines, equipment and structures such as scaffolding
• Following safety protocols at all times
• Ensuring that the work area is always clean and tidy.

Qualifications:

• Certificate from recognized welding school or equivalent combination of education/training/experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in welding & fabrication field
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints or welding diagrams and perform complex welds including MIG/TIG/ARC/plasma cutting etc.
• Knowledge of fabrication methods, materials, tools & equipment used in welding processes
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule with overtime as required.
