Avanta Works is seeking a Welder in Doha, Qatar. The role involves fabricating/repairing metal components by performing various welding processes per established standards. The successful candidate will interpret blueprints, select techniques, and ensure weld quality while maintaining a safe, clean workspace.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, proven welding experience, and the ability to read drawings. Overtime may be required; foreigners are welcome to apply.

Responsabilités

Job Description

The Welder will be responsible for performing various types of welding processes in order to fabricate/repair metal components according to established standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints/drawings/specifications to determine the appropriate welding technique; ensuring that completed welds meet quality standards; selecting appropriate filler metals; maintaining a clean workspace; adhering to safety standards; inspecting welds for defects; keeping accurate records of welds completed; operating manual welding equipment such as arc welders; MIG/TIG welders; operating gas torches; cutting torches and other related tools.
