The position involves monitoring installations and repairs of water and gas pipelines, identifying faults, and coordinating with contractors to maintain service quality.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Diploma in mechanical engineering.
• Proficient in maintenance procedures, plant and facility maintenance, electrical maintenance, and gas fitting.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and coordinate daily water and gas maintenance activities.
• Monitor installation, repair, inspection, and maintenance of water and gas pipelines and systems.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and maintenance plans.
• Assign work to technicians and ensure proper completion of maintenance tasks.
• Identify faults, leaks, and system problems and arrange necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company procedures.
• Monitor tools, equipment, materials, and manpower requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports and update supervisors/management on work progress.
• Coordinate with other departments and contractors for smooth maintenance operations.
