Job summary

Apparel Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking a Warehouse Assistant in Distribution Operations to support daily distribution center activities such as receiving, storing, scanning and dispatching goods. You will help maintain accurate inventory, follow warehouse procedures and labeling requirements, and work with senior staff to ensure timely outbound fulfillment.

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred. This role requires basic barcode familiarity, manual handling, and a safety-conscious approach

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing inbound shipments according to standard operating procedures.
• Support inventory movements, product scanning and shelving based on barcode and category requirements.
• Perform loading, unloading, packing and other manual handling activities.
• Handle goods according to applicable brand and dispatch instructions.
• Coordinate with senior distribution center staff to support timely and accurate fulfillment of outbound orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory handling practices throughout receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
• Follow documentation and labeling procedures to support inventory tracking.
• Assist with stock checks and inventory level monitoring.
• Use barcode scanning processes when handling and locating merchandise.
• Report damaged or missing stock to supervisors.
• Follow instructions for corrective action when inventory discrepancies or damaged goods are identified.
• Maintain cleanliness and safe working conditions within the assigned warehouse zone.
