Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a popular restaurant in Al-Rayyan. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1800$, and we offer visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant and guide them to their tables
• Present menus and answer any questions about menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
• Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately to guests' tables
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Process payments using POS system
• Maintain clean and organized work area
• Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Requirements

• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a restaurant setting
• Fluent in English (Malayalam proficiency is considered an asset)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
• Must have valid work permit for Qatar (visa sponsorship available)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
