Waiter/Waitress

Location: Al-Rayyan, Qatar

We are currently hiring a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in choosing their menu items
• Take orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
• Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and accurately
• Ensure that all tables are clean and properly set up before seating customers
• Respond to any customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Collect payments from customers and process them accurately
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while handling food and beverages
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance at all times

Requirements

• Pakistani nationality preferred, but not required
• No previous experience required, training will be provided
• Ability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
• Must be able to lift heavy trays of food and stand for extended periods of time
• Accommodation will be provided by the company
