We are seeking a skilled and experienced Waiter to join our team at a popular Malayalee restaurant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a waiter, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions about the dishes
• Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously
• Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned in a timely manner
• Handle customer complaints or concerns with patience and tact
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures at all times
• Upsell additional items such as desserts or drinks to increase sales

Requirements

• Prior experience working as a waiter in a restaurant setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Knowledge of Malayalee cuisine is an advantage
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (tax-free)

Accommodation: Full-time job with accommodation provided
