Job summary

Flip retail seeks a Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the visual merchandising across approximately 80 outlets in Qatar. You will develop and execute display strategies, ensure branding consistency, and drive sales through compelling in-store experiences.

You will design layouts, source props, and coordinate displays while managing budgets and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires 4+ years in visual retailing and a strong creative vision.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in visual retailing within retail
• Experience in fashion/beauty preferred
• Ability to translate brand strategy into store displays

Responsibilities

• Produce and implement a visual merchandising approach for the stores
• Ensure the strategy aligns with brand, products and audience
• Create layouts and floor plans for display locations
• Source props and accessories for displays
• Set up and manage window displays and in-store displays across shops
• Refresh displays for new launches and seasonal themes
• Maintain consistency of displays across multiple locations
• Collaborate with buyers, marketing and vendors
• Monitor costs and manage within budget
• Research trends to inform the visual merchandising strategy
