Job summary

ExecuStaff Kuwait is seeking a motivated Merchandiser for Doha, Qatar, to ensure optimal product placement and visually appealing displays. This role collaborates with buying and marketing, manages stock, pricing, and labeling, and conducts store audits to uphold standards.

The successful candidate will have a business/marketing degree, 2+ years in retail merchandising, strong English and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in retail.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the buying team to understand upcoming product lines and promotions.
• Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed.
• Ensure that products are correctly priced and labeled.
• Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Train store staff on effective product placement techniques.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
