Qualifications

• Prev merchandiser or retail sales experience preferred
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Indian national residing in Doha, Qatar or willing to relocate
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have a valid visa for working in Qatar
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing product displays in line with company standards
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers for stock
• Conduct market research on trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies to increase sales
• Ensure products are priced accurately and promotions are communicated
• Build relationships with store managers and staff for optimal product placement
• Regularly visit stores to maintain displays and adjust as needed
