Job summary

Danube Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance the customer experience in its home showroom in Doha. You will create compelling displays, plan in-store layouts, and present products to reflect the brand’s image.

You will work with Sales and Marketing to align merchandising with customer needs and market trends. The role requires a strong portfolio, knowledge of home decor trends, and the ability to train staff on display techniques.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in a retail home decor setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative visual merchandising concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of retail home decor products, trends, and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute visually appealing window displays.
• Plan in-store layouts and product presentations.
• Stay updated with trends in visual merchandising and home decor.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand customer preferences and market trends.
• Ensure all visual elements align with brand image and values.
• Conduct audits and maintain high visual presentation standards.
• Train sales associates on effective product display techniques.
