Job summary

The Utopia Studio in Doha seeks a Head of Venture Success & Strategic Partnerships to serve as the operational bridge between EIRs, portfolio companies, and Studio teams. You will lead founder enablement, partnership development, and ecosystem engagement to accelerate venture validation and growth across the GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia.

You will mentor the Founder’s Associate, design scalable programs, track outcomes, and ensure pilots convert into real value.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in venture building, startup operations, or portfolio management (studio/accelerator/VC context).
• Design and delivery of founder-facing programs, workshops, or playbooks.
• Strong understanding of early-stage company building from idea validation to pilot to scale.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around venture outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Studio leadership to deliver end-to-end journey for EIRs and spin-outs.
• Build founder pipelines across GCC, Africa, and Southeast Asia via partnerships and events.
• Operate founder support modules: GTM, capital readiness, pilot design.
• Ensure clear founder success plans with milestones and measurable outcomes.
• Run workshops and mentoring translating playbooks into venture traction.
• Develop scalable founder capability-building programs for cohorts.
