Job summary

TopRecroot, a growing VC platform in Doha, seeks an investment professional to identify, evaluate and execute investments across high-growth technology businesses. You will be exposed to opportunities across the GCC, wider Middle East and international markets.

You will conduct market, company and financial analysis as part of the investment process, lead due diligence, build financial models and participate in negotiations to support transactions and portfolio developments.

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities across technology and high-growth sectors.
• Lead and support commercial and financial due diligence on prospective investments.
• Build financial models, investment analyses and investment committee materials.

Responsibilities

• Participate in transaction structuring, negotiations and execution.
• Develop relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, co-investors and other ecosystem participants.
• Support portfolio companies following investment, including strategic initiatives, fundraising and introductions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and contribute to ongoing portfolio reviews.
• Develop sector perspectives and investment theses around emerging technologies and business models.
• Represent the investment platform at relevant industry, technology and investor events.
