Job summary

Occ Constructions is seeking a Turnaround Lead Planning Engineer in Qatar to lead planning activities for turnarounds in the refinery/petrochemical sector. The role requires hands-on experience with preparing daily progress reports, histograms, S-curves, and updating the turnaround work program.

The candidate should hold a B.E. degree in Engineering with at least fourteen years of relevant planning experience and possess excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• B.E. Degree in Engineering (required).
• At least 14 years of Refineries/Petrochemical industry experience in planning.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Prepare planning daily progress reports, histograms, maintaining turnaround documentation, and update progress graphs and S curves; update the turnaround work program.
• Provide data related to planning, schedule, progress, delays, manpower, equipment, duration, activities to the client as required.

Role & responsibilities

Turnaround Lead Planning Engineer shall have hands on experience in all planning related aspects including preparation of planning daily progress reports, histogram, maintaining turnaround documentation records, preparation and updating of progress graphs and `S` curves graph and update the turnaround work program and shall be well versed in Project Planning tools {Primavera and Microsoft Project (latest versions)}.

It is the responsibility of Turnaround Lead Planning Engineer to provide any data related to planning, schedule, progress, delays, manpower, equipment, duration, activities and the like as required by client frequently and from time-to-time

Preferred candidate profile

Turnaround Lead Planning Engineer shall be competent and qualified with a B.E. Degree in Engineering, having at least fourteen (14) years of Refineries / Petrochemical industry and planning related experience, with good command of English, both spoken and written CONTRACTOR shall provide a laptop with latest specification and loaded with required software for the Turnaround Lead Planning Engineer
