Job summary

Brunel in Doha leads Shared Services for Transportation and Installation (T&I) execution across offshore projects. You will drive one-team project organization and provide functional support to all T&I engineering and execution activities, focusing on delivering safe, efficient outcomes.

Responsibilities include governing process development, technical assessments, and coordinating with QELNG Operations, Marine, and Logistics to align execution plans and ensure risk controls are in place.

• Extensive experience in transportation and installation engineering and execution.

• Strong knowledge of marine operations and safety.

Job description

The position in Shared Services drive Transportation & Installation (T&I) execution leadership to all MP and NFSP Offshore projects and will be guided by the following principles a)“One Team” project organization accountable and responsible for effective and efficient delivery of the various scopes in MP and NFPS, b) Will provide functional support to all projects in the area of T&I Engineering and Execution.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Oversee development and implementation of process & procedure supporting full functional T&I scope covering engineering/execution - including all aspects marine operations assurance, marine warranty requirements, procedural compliance, execution safety and integrity and project execution effectiveness and efficiency.
• Ensure demonstrable competency and experience to advise, make recommendations and decisions for T&I regarding transportation and installation engineering and execution requirements and activities including marine vessel assurance, load-out, sea fastening, transportation and installation analysis, methods and procedures and marine operations and activities.
• Oversee engagement of T&I PMT with QELNG Operations, Marine and Logistics organizations to solicit input, provide feedback and seek alignment with T&I execution plans.
• Focal point for implementing T&I safety leadership and safe execution of the work and assist all SPM(s)/PM(s) leadership team in executing project responsibilities.
• Ensures all aspectsof T&I risks defined in Risk Management and Mitigation Plans are managed effectively and timely, and approve T&Iexecution design changes,coordinate all onshoreand installation changes specification revisions and exceptions in accordance with the Project
