A leading technical services company in Doha seeks a Lead of T&I Execution with over 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in T&I project management. The role involves managing offshore heavy lifts and pipeline installations, with a preference for candidates holding an Engineering Degree. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effective teamwork and stakeholder engagement. OPITO certification is an advantage.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience, with at least 10 years in T&I project management.
• Experience in offshore heavy lifts, float-over, pipeline and cable installations.
• OPITO certification considered a plus.
• Float-over installation experience is advantageous.
• Worldwide experience with offshore contractors and PMT stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork with PMT interaction.
• OPITO certification is a plus.

Job Description Highlights:

• Recommended 15+ years of experience with at least 10 years demonstrated T&I project management experience
• Preferred Engineering Degree or relevant on the job experience
• Experience in multiple T&I execution and operational aspects including offshore heavy lifts, float-over, pipeline, and cable installations, load-out and transportation; with float-over installation engineering and execution experience considered an advantage
• Experience with float-over installation is preferred
• Worldwide experience with contractors in particular those involved in the Offshore projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on teamwork and the ability to communicate and interact within a PMT
• Application and in-depth knowledge of stakeholder specifications and a working knowledge of Industry standards
• OPITO certification is considered a plus
