Job summary

MADI International is seeking a dynamic Sales Educator in Qatar to drive growth through technical product demonstrations and strategic sales planning. The role focuses on expanding the salon network, promoting new products, and converting demos into long-term partnerships across the territory.

The ideal candidate has 3–7 years in a technical beauty role with sales experience, a strong customer focus, and a valid driving licence.

Qualifications

• Certified hairdresser, therapist, or beauty technician (depending on the category).
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct technical demonstrations and convert them into sales.
• Commercial awareness and a strong customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driving licence.
• Three to seven years of experience in a technical role within the beauty industry, combined with sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans.
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Introduce new products and brands to existing and prospective customers.
• Convert demonstrations into sales opportunities and long-term partnerships.
• Increase portfolio penetration within existing accounts.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively develop new accounts.
• Expand the customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Promote focus products, promotional campaigns, and new product launches.
• Maintain pricing discipline and support value-based selling.
• Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with the finance team.
• Execute structured visit plans and maximize territory coverage.
• Prioritize key accounts and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales, education, marketing, and brand teams.
