Confidentiel in Qatar seeks a Senior Tendering & Estimation Lead to drive costings for industrial catering, camp management, and remote site services. You will lead pricing strategies, prepare BOQs, and coordinate with operations and procurement to deliver competitive bids.

You bring 8–10 years in tendering and estimation within industrial catering or facility management, strong budgeting and Excel skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines in GCC markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in pricing large-scale catering contracts, labor camps, and remote site operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tender management processes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial catering, remote site catering, camp management, and hospitality services.
• Review tender documents to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing models, and budgeting for catering operations.
• Conduct site visits to assess requirements, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance to develop competitive bids.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze tender specs to identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Prepare tender submissions, BOQs, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, clarifications, negotiations, and handovers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for industrial catering, remote site catering, camp management, and hospitality services.
• Review tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, and contract requirements to ensure compliance.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, pricing models, manpower plans, and budgeting for catering operations.
• Conduct site visits and assess operational requirements, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, HR, and Finance teams to develop competitive bids.
• Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Analyze tender specifications and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining service quality.
• Prepare tender submissions, BOQs, presentations, and supporting documentation.
• Participate in client meetings, tender clarifications, negotiations, and contract handovers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks.
• Maintain a database of historical costs, tender records, and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Tendering & Estimation within Industrial Catering, Camp Management, or Facility Management sectors.
• Strong experience in pricing large-scale catering contracts, labor camps, and remote site operations.
• Excellent knowledge of costing, budgeting, food cost analysis, manpower planning, and procurement.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tender management processes.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Experience in GCC countries, preferably Qatar.
• Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with government, oil & gas, healthcare, defense, or industrial catering contracts.
• Knowledge of contract management and commercial evaluation methodologies.
