Job summary

Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is seeking an enthusiastic Teen Club Animator to design and deliver engaging teen activities at our Lusail resort. You will collaborate with the entertainment team to create memorable experiences, foster a vibrant club atmosphere, and ensure every teen guest enjoys their stay.

You will plan games and events, lead group activities, and maintain a welcoming environment while promoting upcoming events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an animator, entertainer, or in a similar guest engagement role.
• Demonstrated ability to engage and motivate groups of teenagers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative entertainment concepts and activities.
• Physical stamina and energy to maintain an engaging presence throughout shifts.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of popular games, activities, and entertainment trends appealing to teens.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Experience working in hospitality, resort, or entertainment venues.
• Preferred: Familiarity with multicultural environments and ability to work with international guests.
• Preferred: First aid or safety certification.
• Preferred: Language skills in Arabic or other languages spoken in the region.
• Preferred: Experience with social media promotion of events and activities.
