• Proven experience as an animator, entertainer, or similar guest engagement role.
• Ability to engage and motivate groups of teenagers.

• Physical stamina and energy to maintain engagement.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration.
• Knowledge of games, activities and trends appealing to teens.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: hospitality, resort, or entertainment experience.
• Preferred: multicultural environments and international guests.
• Preferred: first aid or safety certification.
• Preferred: Arabic or regional language skills.
• Preferred: social media promotion of events.

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of entertainment activities and games tailored to teenage interests and preferences
• Engage with teen guests in a friendly and energetic manner to encourage participation in club activities and events
• Lead group activities including games, competitions, themed nights, talent shows, and recreational programs
• Create a welcoming and inclusive club environment that promotes social interaction among guests
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate entertainment schedules and ensure smooth event execution
• Adapt activities based on guest feedback and participation levels to maximize engagement
• Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout all interactions with guests
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during activities and events
• Promote upcoming club events and activities to encourage attendance and participation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the teen club facility and activity areas
