Job summary

Nehmeh Group is seeking a QA/QC professional to develop and maintain IMS-controlled procedures, inspect processes, and ensure compliance with ISO standards in a manufacturing setting.

The role requires a Diploma in QA/QC or Engineering and 3–4 years of QA/QC experience, with a strong eye for mechanical drawings and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in QA/QC or Engineering (or related technical field).
• 3 to 4 years of QA/QC experience in the same field.
• Comprehension of fundamental mechanical concepts and drawings.
• Keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IMS-controlled documented procedures, work instructions, and checklists.
• Evaluate and test supplier products and components.
• Conduct in-process inspection during manufacturing following procedures.
• Perform final inspection and operational testing of units.
• Maintain IMS in accordance with ISO standards.
• Carry out internal audits as per laid out procedure.
• Analyze material discrepancy and non-conformity reports and follow up.
• Provide ideas to improve product quality.
• Maintain safety regulations during manufacturing.
• Participate in general process improvements and initiatives.
• Provide engineering support by answering technical questions.
• Follow all processes and SOPs of the company.

• Responsible for evaluation, testing of supplier products & components.
• Responsible for in-process inspection during manufacturing, following the procedures.
• Responsible for final inspection & operational testing of units.
• Responsible for maintaining IMS in accordance with ISO standards.
• Responsible for carrying out internal audit as per the laid out procedure.
• Responsible for conducting analysis and follow-up action of material discrepancy reports and non-conformity reports.
• Responsible for providing ideas to improve product quality.
• Responsible for maintaining safety regulations during the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for participating in general process improvements and initiatives.
• Responsible for providing engineering support by answering technical questions and requests.
• Responsible for following any other tasks/projects that are assigned by your manager.
• Responsible for following all the processes and policies of the company and being aligned with the departmental SOPs at all times.
