Job summary

ELEVUS ‑ PEOPLE & BUSINESS RESULTS, LDA is seeking a seasoned software leader to drive the Python/FastAPI Core System from concept to deployment in Doha.

You will define architecture, coding standards, security controls, and oversee Backend and Frontend teams while ensuring high quality and secure integrations with external platforms.

This role requires strong experience with APIs, databases, DevOps practices, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience leading software development teams and enterprise-level systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and implementation of the Python/FastAPI Core System.
• Define architecture, coding standards, security controls, and integration approach.
• Allocate tasks and supervise Backend and Frontend Developers.
• Review source code for quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Coordinate system integration with internal and external platforms.
• Support testing, deployment, data migration, and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report implementation risks.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.
