Job summary

PPL Dynamics in Doha seeks an experienced software engineering lead to drive the end-to-end development of a Python/FastAPI Core System. You will set architecture, coding standards, security controls, and oversee backend and frontend teams.

You will coordinate integrations with internal and external platforms, support testing, deployment, and data migration, and ensure code quality and documentation. Banking/finance systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience leading software development teams and implementing enterprise-level systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding, version control, testing, deployment, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in financial, banking, exchange, or remittance systems is preferred.
