Job summary

Detailed Job Description

As a Systems Engineer specializing in Enterprise Infrastructure Services, you will be responsible for administering and securing modern identity and access management (IAM) platforms across on-premises and cloud environments. You will manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, federation services, DNS, and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) services while ensuring high availability, security, and compliance. Working closely with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams, you will design and support hybrid identity architectures, privileged access controls, and enterprise application integrations. The role demands strong expertise in authentication technologies, directory synchronization, certificate management, and modern identity governance practices. Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, and on-premises Active Directory environments
• Manage hybrid identity architectures, directory synchronization, and federation services
• Implement and support Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) solutions
• Manage identity and access services for Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 applications
• Administer Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and certificate lifecycle management processes
• Manage DNS infrastructure, domain naming services, delegation models, and domain registrations
• Support enterprise application integrations utilizing LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and other identity standards
• Enforce security controls, compliance requirements, and identity governance policies
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex identity and authentication issues
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), technical guides, and operational records

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration and Microsoft Entra ID management
• Proven expertise in Active Directory administration, Group Policy, and directory services management
• Experience designing and supporting hybrid identity and directory synchronization environments
• Solid understanding of federation services and authentication technologies
• Hands-on experience implementing SSO, MFA, RBAC, and privileged access management controls
• Experience managing DNS services, Active Directory Certificate Services (AD CS), and PKI environments
• Knowledge of LDAP, Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), OAuth, and identity federation standards
• Experience integrating enterprise applications from an Infrastructure Identity and Access Management (IAM) perspective
• Strong understanding of infrastructure security, compliance frameworks, and access governance
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, documentation, and communication skills
