Job summary

Q-Soft in Qatar seeks a Systems Engineer – Enterprise Infrastructure Services Administrator to manage IAM platforms across on-prem and cloud, ensuring high availability, security, and compliant operations for critical enterprise apps. You will work with IT, security, and cloud teams to design hybrid identities, SSO/MFA, PKI, and directory services, implement RBAC/PIM, and maintain documentation and SOPs.

Bachelor’s degree required; strong hands-on with M365/Entra ID; excellent troubleshooting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or IS or related field.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration and Entra ID management.
• Strong AD, GP, and directory services experience.
• Experience in hybrid identity and directory synchronization.
• Knowledge of federation, SSO, MFA, and identity governance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and on-prem AD.
• Manage hybrid identity architectures and federation services.
• Implement SSO, MFA, RBAC, and PIM controls.
• Manage identity for Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and 365 apps.
• Administer AD CS, PKI, and certificate lifecycle processes.
• Manage DNS infrastructure and domain registrations.
• Support LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC in app integrations.
• Enforce security controls, compliance, and governance policies.
• Troubleshoot complex identity/authentication issues.
• Create architecture docs, SOPs, and operation records.
