Job summary

Anotech is seeking a System Completion Operator to manage and maintain system completion data during offshore commissioning in Qatar. You will ensure accurate tracking of mechanical completion and punch list management to support timely handover.

The role requires hands-on Hexagon completions software experience, offshore commissioning background, and ability to work on rotation schedules in Qatar. Safety certifications (BOSIET/OPITO) or willingness to obtain them are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a System Completion Operator/Coordinator in Oil & Gas projects.
• Hands-on expertise with Hexagon completions software.
• Prior offshore commissioning experience required.
• Strong understanding of MC/RFSU/RFCC processes and punch list management.
• Valid offshore survival certification (BOSIET/OPITO) — or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to work offshore in Qatar under project rotation schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain system completion data using Hexagon during commissioning.
• Support handover from construction to commissioning and to operations.
• Coordinate punch list and ensure timely closure to meet milestones.

System Completion Operator (Hexagon Software)

Job Purpose:

• The System Completion Operator is responsible for managing and maintaining system completion data using Hexagon software throughout the commissioning phase of the offshore Oil & Gas project in Qatar. The role ensures accurate tracking of mechanical completion, punch list management, and systemization data to support timely and compliant handover from construction to commissioning, and ultimately to operations — contributing to safe and efficient project completion milestones (MC, RFSU, RFCC).
