Job summary

Confidential Company in Qatar seeks a Supervisors Revenue Protection Unit (RPU) to oversee field inspection teams responsible for tamper detection, meter verification, and adherence to work orders and KPIs.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Bachelor’s in electrical or mechanical engineering with 5–7 years in utility operations and at least 2 years in supervision, plus familiarity with KAHRAMAA standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related field.
• 5–7 years in utility field operations with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Experience in revenue protection, metering, or inspection activities preferred.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/water metering systems and field operations.
• Proven leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Preferably with similar role/experience with Kahramaa.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily RPU field activities including inspections tamper detection and case verification.
• Allocate and manage work orders to field technicians by priority and timelines.
• Ensure all inspections follow KAHRAMAA standards.
• Review and validate field reports photographic evidence and irregularities.
• Monitor team productivity performance and KPI adherence.
• Identify and escalate issues as needed.
• Verify and report daily and weekly progress and performance metrics.

Supervisors Revenue Protection Unit RPU shall manage and oversee field inspection teams ensuring effective execution of revenue protection activities including detection of tampering verification of meter installations and compliance with assigned work orders KPIs and regulatory requirements

• Supervise daily RPU field activities including inspections tamper detection and case verification
• Allocate and manage work orders to field technicians in line with priorities and timelines
