We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of staff and ensuring that customer service, quality and production standards are met.

The Supervisor must have excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate their team to reach their targets. They will be expected to have strong problem solving skills, good negotiation abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of local regulations and laws is also essential for this role.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry.
