We are looking for a Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field, as well as several years of experience working in similar positions. The successful candidate should possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, be able to make quick decisions and possess good communication skills that will help him/her effectively lead the team.

The job duties of a Supervisor include monitoring and evaluating employees' performance on a regular basis; providing guidance and training to team members; creating an environment of collaboration between employees; ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget; performing periodic evaluations of processes and procedures; and addressing customer complaints with appropriate solutions.

The successful candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong problem-solving skills. He/She should also demonstrate strong interpersonal abilities, excellent customer service skills, experience with data analysis, and strong knowledge of MS Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint. A valid driver's license is also required for this position.
