Job summary

Siemens Doha seeks a Testing & Commissioning Engineer for Substation Automation Systems (SAS) to support project execution across Qatar. You will engineer, configure, test, and commission control and monitoring systems, ensuring reliability and safety across sites.

Responsibilities include FAT/SAT, communication protocols (IEC 61850/Modbus/IEC 60870-5-104), and network hardening. GCC travel and on-site work are required for project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Control Systems or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on SAS/SCADA or protection and control commissioning.
• Proven experience with Siemens SICAM PAS and WinCC platforms.

Responsibilities

• Configure, test, and commission SAS platforms (SICAM PAS/A8000).
• Perform HMI/SCADA engineering, parameterization, and scripting.
• Integrate BCUs, relays, RTUs, meters, and multi-vendor IEDs.
