Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching qualification/license recognized by the school.
• Experience supporting students with diverse learning needs in an inclusive setting.
• Experience delivering literacy and/or mathematics intervention.
• ESL/EAL experience desirable.
• Knowledge of MTSS/RTI, differentiated instruction, UDL, inclusive practices.
• Experience using assessment data to inform instruction and monitor progress.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver targeted academic intervention to students identified through MTSS.
• Provide Tier 2 and 3 intervention through small-group and individualized literacy and mathematics instruction.
• Plan and deliver ESL instruction for multilingual learners.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan, implement, and monitor differentiated instructional strategies and accommodations.
• Monitor student progress using MAP Growth and classroom assessments.
• Develop, implement, and review Student Support Plans (SSPs) with teachers and families.
• Participate in Student Support Team meetings, case reviews, and planning sessions.
• Communicate progress and support strategies with teachers, parents, and school leadership.
