Job summary
Swan Global Holdings Group seeks an experienced IT & Digital Transformation Manager to lead technology operations and drive digital initiatives across international offices. You will shape IT strategy, manage infrastructure, strengthen cybersecurity, and leverage AI, automation, and smart construction platforms to improve performance.
The role requires building roadmap-driven budgets, overseeing ERP systems and enterprise applications, and guiding teams to deliver innovative digital
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, IS, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership or management role.
- Experience supporting multi-site or international operations.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
- Experience implementing and supporting ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group's IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives across all business units.
- Develop annual IT budgets, roadmaps, and investment plans.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure and ensure high availability across offices.
- Oversee security framework, endpoints, IAM, and network security.
- Coordinate governance, vendor management, and ISO27001 initiatives.
