Job summary

WeAre Averda is seeking an experienced HR and Admin Specialist to oversee end-to-end HR operations in a multinational environment. You will manage payroll, employee lifecycle processes, onboarding, and compliance while aligning HR priorities with business goals.

The role focuses on organisation design, talent acquisition, L&D, performance management, employee relations, and engagement initiatives, with a strong emphasis on labour laws, policies, and HSE adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent (SHRM, CIPD advantageous).
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience in a multinational firm.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, payroll, and compliance.
• Drive organisation design and talent acquisition to support business needs.
• Lead onboarding, learning and development, and performance management cycles.
• Oversee employee relations, engagement initiatives, and risk management.
• Ensure governance, policy adherence, and adherence to HSE standards.
