Job summary

Mashreq seeks a Business Planning and Analysis Manager to lead management reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial analysis in Doha. You will drive MIS reporting, profitability drivers, and scenario planning while coordinating tax compliance and regulatory submissions.

You will partner with Head of Finance, senior management, and business units to deliver actionable insights, automate processes, and strengthen controls across the finance function.

Qualifications

• CA, CPA, ACCA or MBA with 5–8 years in management reporting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; able to present insights to senior management.
• Experience in banking or financial services; ability to drive reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting and MIS reporting to senior management.
• Coordinate budgeting, planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Oversee tax compliance and regulatory reporting with tax consultants.
• Drive process improvements and automation across finance.
• Collaborate with Head Office and business units on planning and reporting.
• Provide support during absence of Assistant Manager for regulatory and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely regulatory and financial reporting.
