Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIA certification is required; CPA/CFE/CISA desirable.
• 8–10 years of auditing experience; Big 4 background preferred.
• 3–5 years in supervisory roles; FMCG/ manufacturing/ distribution exposure.
• Strong ERP and data analytics proficiency (TeamMate, SAP, IDEA/ACL).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage risk-based annual internal audit plan.
• Lead audit team and supervise engagements.
• Draft executive summaries and report to Audit Committee.
• Oversee forensic investigations and stock-take audits.
• Ensure compliance with IIA standards and regulatory requirements.
• Leverage CAATs and data analytics.
