Job summary

Advanced Search Group seeks a seasoned cost management professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting. You will drive cross-functional alignment on cost objectives and guide the preparation of the group’s consolidated cost budget, with emphasis on accuracy and strategic decision support.

The role requires SAP S4 HANA experience, advanced Excel skills, Power BI knowledge, and strong English communication for interaction with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the Fertilizer industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SAP S4 HANA
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Good knowledge of Power BI
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

• Act as the focal point for all cost-related matters within FN.
• Monitor, track and deliver cost management activities.
• Prepare annual cost management plan and model.
• Develop procedures for cost management function and budgeting.
• Lead Group consolidate budget / parent / subsidiary Cost Budget.
• Provide monthly cost analysis vs budget and reporting.
• Conduct inventories trends analysis and KPI reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs for budget preparation.
