Job summary

BAE Systems in Doha, Qatar, seeks an experienced legal professional to provide strategic commercial and corporate support across investments, governance, and contracts. You will coordinate external advisers and manage risk throughout deal processes and litigation strategy.

You will also support investment transactions, conduct due diligence, and negotiate complex agreements, working with local and international teams to ensure governance and corporate compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial legal, corporate advisory or transaction experience.
• Strong legal network and understanding of Qatar and international legal frameworks.
• Experience in M&A, contracts, governance, negotiations or corporate structuring.
