Job summary

Flip retail in Qatar is seeking a storekeeper to manage receiving, storage, and basic stock accounting for food and beverages. You will ensure items are recorded accurately and kept secure, with daily data entry for billings and transfers.

Responsibilities include processing LPO-based shipments, maintaining clean storage areas, and preparing month-end inventory reports. A chauffeur license is a beneficial asset for this role.

Responsibilities

• Receive goods from distributor and ensure items are recorded as received.
• Process purchases per LPO and shipment notes.
• Maintain inventory and storage according to LPO/Invoice details.
• Post billings and transfer forms daily in the system.
• Monitor storage of food and beverages and report expiries to line manager.
• Keep store clean and organized; group similar items together and off the floor.
• Arrange and approve transfer requests in time for distribution.
• Prepare inventory reports at month-end and support stock monitoring.

• Accountable to keep store prepared in correct method, keeping all similar products in one place above from ground.
• Liable to Arrange All electrical outlet Transfer Request on time and also adequate time before distribution such request must be approve & authorized by authorized.
• Accountable to prepare inventory Report at month end and according to monitoring demand.
• He is accountable to business with account at the time off month-to-month stock monitoring.
