Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors in Doha is seeking a Parts Warehouse Associate to receive, inspect, rotate, store and issue a wide range of spare parts to support daily operations.

You will maintain accurate stock records, verify counts, update the system with receipts and item locations, and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and 5S standards under supervision. Two years of related experience and a high school diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Health and safety regulations knowledge is required.
• Clear, effective communication with team and supervisors.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose

Receipt, inspection, rotation, storage, inventory, and issuing of a wide variety of spare parts, and performs related duties as assigned. To support all daily operational requirements with regards equipment and spare parts.

Principal Accountabilities

Receiving, storing, and issuing parts, materials, equipment, and keeping records of items shipped, received, or transferred to another location. Identifies the bin number for the approved items and physically shifts the items to the shelves, after the proper tagging and checks inventory records for accuracy. Updates the system, which includes all receipt details, location of the item, item code, etc. Verifies inventory computations by comparing them to the physical count of stock and investigates discrepancies or adjustments. Implementing and ensuring parts pickers adherence that all process are aligned with the standard operating procedure. Maintains 5s activities at work place. Carries out all related duties assigned by immediate supervisor/Manager.
