InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa is seeking a Specialty Chef to support the daily operation of our Peruvian specialty restaurant. You will ensure the restaurant concept and food culture align with hotel standards, while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Ideally you bring experience in luxury hotel or restaurant environments, strong knowledge of Latin American cuisine, and the ability to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced team.

Your Day to Day

As a Specialty Chef, you will be supporting the day to day operation in our Peruvian specialty restaurant whilst striving to achieve the highest possible level of guest satisfaction. You will ensure that the concept of the restaurant is followed at all times and that the food culture is in line with the restaurant and hotel standards.

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Similar experience in a luxury hotel/resort or restaurants
• Sound knowledge and experience in Latin American cuisine
