Job summary

MGallery seeks a Spa Therapist to deliver professional spa treatments, massages and wellness services within our hotel spa. You will consult with guests to understand their needs, preferences and wellness goals, and tailor recommendations accordingly.

As a Spa Therapist you will maintain a calm, welcoming environment and uphold high hygiene and safety standards, enabling memorable guest journeys through refined service.

Qualifications

• Certified in massage therapy, spa therapy or beauty therapy with relevant credentials.
• Experience delivering hotel or resort spa services is advantageous.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional spa treatments, massages and wellness services to guests.
• Consult with guests to understand needs and wellness goals before each treatment.
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on guest requirements.
• Create a calm, welcoming spa journey and maintain hygienic treatment rooms.
• Keep accurate treatment records and follow spa procedures and safety standards.

What you will be doing

• Deliver professional and personalized spa treatments massages and wellness services according to MGallery standards
• Consult with guests to understand their needs preferences and wellness goals before each treatment
• Recommend suitable treatments and products based on individual guest requirements
• Create a calm welcoming and comfortable environment throughout the guest s spa journey
• Ensure all treatment rooms equipment and spa areas are clean hygienic organized and properly prepared
• Maintain high standards of personal grooming hygiene and professional appearance
• Ensure guest privacy comfort and wellbeing are respected at all times
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on treatments products and wellness practices
• Maintain accurate treatment records and follow all spa procedures and safety standards
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the Spa Supervisor
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa and assist colleagues when required
• Handle guest feedback professionally and elevation any concerns to the supervisor when necessary
• Contribute to creating thoughtful personalized moments that reflect the unique spirit of MGallery
• Embody the MGallery spirit through warm discreet attentive and refined service

Qualifications

• Professional certification or qualification in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or a related field
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in a hotel, resort, or wellness environment is an asset
• Good knowledge of massage techniques, spa treatments, and wellness practices
• Warm, caring, and professional personality with a genuine passion for guest wellbeing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and anticipate guest needs while maintaining professionalism and discretion
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene and cleanliness
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage appointments and treatment schedules effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexible and willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
