Job summary

Path2Success is seeking a skilled Cyber Security Operations Analyst - L2 to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team in Doha. You will lead Level 2 investigations, act as the main point of contact for clients, and conduct incident response and support sessions.

You will develop SOPs, fine-tune detections, perform threat hunting, disseminate TI advisories, monitor SIEM health, and deliver detailed reports to management and clients.

• Lead and manage Level 2 investigations to identify, analyze, and respond to security incidents.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all clients, addressing their cybersecurity concerns and providing expert guidance.
• Conduct troubleshooting sessions with clients to resolve complex security issues and tailor solutions.
• Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive SOPs for security operations and processes.
• Fine tune security tools and create use cases to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
• Proactively hunt for threats within the organization’s network and systems.
• Disseminate threat intelligence advisories to relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor health and performance of SIEM systems and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and incident reports to management and clients.
• Conduct SOC maturity and gap analyses and implement improvement strategies.
• Provide training and mentorship to new joiners and junior analysts.
