Job summary

Swan Global is seeking a Site Mechanical Engineer to supervise and coordinate mechanical dismantling and demolition activities at industrial facilities in Qatar. You will ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with engineering standards and project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mechanical engineering, site supervision, and operations.
• Relevant mechanical or safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all mechanical dismantling and demolition activities at the project site.
• Prepare and review method statements, risk assessments, and work procedures related to mechanical works.
• Supervise site operations, ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients for seamless execution of site works.
• Monitor the performance of mechanical systems and equipment during dismantling or demolition.
• Ensure proper documentation of site activities, inspection reports, and material usage.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective measures.
• Maintain strict adherence to QHSE policies.
