Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate experience in heavy lifts in offshore environments.
• Review lifting engineering including load curves and stability.
• Ensure compliance with international standards (LOLER, BS, LEEA, DNV).

Job description

• Demonstrate extensive experience in lifting & rigging especially in critical & heavy lifts in offshore Greenfield and Brownfield environment
• Valid Certifications issued by Internationally Recognized bodies as Competent Lifting Specialist
• Knowledge of different types of lifting equipment/cranes on heavy lift barges (in anchored & DP modes), jack-up barges, land based mobile/fixed cranes.
• Knowledge of International standards such as LOLER, BS, LEEA, DNV and experience in regulatory compliance.
• Minimum of 15 years experience in similar discipline with at least 10 years demonstrated senior field experience in lifting operations, lifting preparation (lift plans), lifting supervision and lifting equipment inspection.
• Certified for Inspection of lifting equipment & devices to confirm compliance with Code requirements
• Experience in review of lifting engineering for, e.g., load curves, stability of barges, rigging calculations, etc.
